The New Zealand Winegrowers' Association Calls for a White Wine Emoji

With the ever growing selection of so-called emojis – small digital symbols for communication in social media – pretty much every earthly emotion and everyday object can be visualised. However, those who want to send a white wine emoji will search in vain, because although white wine is a fact of the industry, so far there are only emojis for red wine, sparkling wine and beer.
