Faroe Islands' Koks restaurant helmed by chef Poul Andrias Ziska will become Greenland’s first Michelin-starred restaurant.

Tucked away in the Faroe Islands, a Danish archipelago, Koks is the world’s most remote Michelin-starred restaurant. For the summer of 2022 and 2023, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant will move even further to Ilimanaq, a 53-person village in Greenland, making it the first Michelin-starred restaurant to open in Greenland.
