Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with a light olive green touch. Very closed on the nose, then fine notes of lemon following aeration. Juicy and supple on the palate, initially somewhat restrained and slowly reveals itself, then opens up with exciting complexity, salty and surprisingly long on the finish.
