Ripe fruit on the nose, apricot and passionfruit, apple peel, flowers and lemon balm, a little caramel. Full-bodied and juicy on the palate with a creamy texture, powerfully built, Mirabelle plum and apricot, fine tannins blend in, mineral hints form in the background. Elegant Pinot Blanc with profile. Enjoy on its own or at the table with fish and rice dishes.
