Medium yellow-green, persistent mousse. Aromatic patisserie and spicy nuances underpinned by ripe yellow fruit notions of Golden Delicious apples and mango followed by fine toasty tones, multi-faceted bouquet. Powerful, taut, bold, dynamic style, crispy acidity, persistent, mineral aftertaste.
