Tasting Notes
Lush aromas: baked apple, rose, raisin and rum-steeped fruit. Fir resin. The palate is like velvet and silk on the one hand, delicately flowing, restrained in sweetness, on the other hand with an ideally steely acidity, a hint, but really only a hint of "liqueur" in the sense of a Sauternes. Spicy and complex on the finish.
