The red wine Core Perricone Sicilia DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Feudo Montoni has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Perricone from the region Sicily in Italy.
Deep shining ruby hue gently brightening at the rim. Nose of blood, iron and burnt rubber, then very ripe cranberry fruit. The palate is slightly bitter, deep dark fruit with gently drying tannins, finishes a little gruffly.
