Dark, dense purple in colour with a slightly lighter rim. Ripe plum and cherry, blackberry and elderberry on the nose, accompanied by violets, garden herbs and a hint of cocoa. Lots of freshness on the palate with dense, gripping tannins and a long, savoury finish.
