Dark, dense purple colour with a slightly lighter rim. Ripe plum and cherry, blackberry and black elderberry on the nose, accompanied by violets and garden herbs as well as a hint of cocoa. Lots of freshness on the palate, dense, grippy tannins and a spicy finish.
