The sparkling wine Rotari Cuvée 28 Brut Trento from the winery Rotari-Mezzacorona has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright, light lemon yellow colour with persistent mousse. Present yeasty notes on the nose, some varnish, candied, restrained fruit. Opens very juicy on the palate with crisp acidity, beautiful lemon, fresh and clear finish.
