Bay leaf on the nose, floral notes, fine spice, stone fruit and ripe apple. Also hints of smoke from the Triassic limestone. On the palate slender and tightly composed with adequate density, notes of citrus fruit. The lively and refined acidity and texture depicts the Würzburger Stein site.
