Tasting Notes
A savoury, citrusy Riesling aroma with a smoky, balsamic hint of Triassic limestone in the background. In the mouth, the wine has tension and traction, the acidity seems physiologically appropriate to the wine and is well integrated; the finish is long, homogeneous and aromatic. A high quality local wine with a clear mineral impact.
More about the tastingGreen apple, light citrus note on the nose. On the palate appealing acidity and nice density. Limestone gives the wine a fresh minerality. Furthermore, it shows a grippy texture and good length. Makes you want to drink another glass.
