Bright and brilliant apricot colour. The nose is slightly yeasty and characterized by a little reductiveness, then flint, salty lemon, and grapefruit. Precise on the palate, with a tendency towards spiciness, running straight over the tongue, nice balance, it goes perfectly with rather fatty salami.
