Gooseberry, blackcurrant and kiwi on the nose, elderflower, some green bell pepper. Delicate on the palate, a hint of salted lemon forces the yellow fruit, pink grapefruit, delicate with a fresh but sensitive acidity, very balanced and precisely vinified.
