Tasting Notes
Delicate light flowers on the nose, citrus, lime, clear, pure fruit, animating. Lots of fruit on the palate: pear, peach, tangerine, and some almond. Good structure, the acidity provides tension. Filigree and aromatic, a delicate wine.
More about the tastingA fairly complete and complex aroma of citrus, mineral, herbal and even a hint of yellow fruit. On the palate, the transparency and lightness typical of the vineyard and estate, with a predominance of sweetness and fruit over acidity and minerality. Nevertheless, the wine remains slender and typical of a Kabinett, finishing with a pithy and feather-light finish, despite the volume it possesses on the mid-palate.
