Tasting Notes
Yeasty, savoury, smoky wood. Nutty aromas and a little natural yogurt. On the palate it shows like velvet and silk, full of texture and round fullness, mild, but then concentrated acidity on the finish, has the charm of a Rulander, but the aroma of a Pinot Gris.
