Deep dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections. Ripe plum fruit, blackberry confit, delicate wood savouriness, subtle herbal savouriness, candied orange zest. Full-bodied, elegant, ripe cherry fruit, fresh structure, mineral and good persistence, a lively, versatile food companion.
