Quite calm on the nose, subtle notes of lemon peel and almond, attractive distant notes. On the palate, white pepper, ginger, well structured, without clunky aromatics, lovely with food.
More about the tastingAromas of ripe apple, honeydew melon, some mango and star fruit, all underpinned by a stony minerality. Lots of fruity, savoury notes on the palate, accompanied by an animating acidity and stimulating minerality, with good length.
