Tasting Notes
The nose initially reveals a subtle boisée, aromatically fine with a hint of balsamic. On the palate it shows emphatically full-bodied, firm acid backbone, bundled and taut, integrated (powerful) alcohol, accompanied by strong tactile minerality. A "cool" looking Pinot Gris from the volcano with very good certain ageing potential.
