The white wine »Scheus Traum« Scheurebe feinherb, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Köster-Wolf has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 88+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
There are delightful aromas of gooseberry, redcurrant, grapefruit and ripe yellow fruit. On the palate it has a pleasurable interplay of fruit, and the freshness and sweetness develops elegantly. There is a nice acidity, and a little carbonic acid adds zest. It is a lovely wine for an aperitif.
