A pinch of wood savouriness, a pinch of spontaneous fermentation and a pinch of Ruländer in the aroma, the basis is a berry-like Pinot Gris bouquet. On the palate, the wine is robust in acidity, medium-bodied in volume, powerful in substance and brilliant in minerality. Definitely needs some bottle ageing.
