Deep notes on the nose, some quince, caramel, cereals, yellow apple, stone fruit. Intense and bubbly on the palate. Fine spiciness and fruit sweetness. Yellow fruit, some strawberry, peach zest. Tart notes, juicy acid structure, some astringency.
