The sekt NV avec pläsier »Fleur des Vignes« from the winery Weingut Schloss Sommerhausen Martin Steinmann has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller from the region Franconia in Germany.
A light golden yellow in colour. The luscious bouquet has aromas of rose, bread crust, honey blossom and nougat. The palate is charmingly round and harmonious, the creamy mousse and the vivid but not over-accentuated sweetness give an impression of fullness, but there is also a fine acidity that gives the wine elegance and freshness.
