Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Deep garnet, firm core, delicate ochre reflections, discreet brightening on the rim. On the nose are hints of coconut flakes, sweet fine oak spice, with ripe plum and cherry underneath, an inviting bouquet. Substantial, very good complexity, fruity and spicy, integrated supporting tannins, fine nougat caramel, and a lemony touch. It has very good length and is a great food wine.
