Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Very open-hearted on the nose, with ripe cherries and ripe plums, dark chocolate, violets, black bread crust and nougat. Amazing freshness and clarity of fruit on the palate, grippy and mineral, yet very juicy, with a beautiful arc and elegant finish, a complex and complete wine that needs to be explored.
