Tasting from 29.08.2019: Peter Moser

Subtle oak spice, some morello cherry, blood, thyme, a mineral-toned savouriness alongside dark berry and woody flavours. On the palate drive and refinement, an intense mineral tension in the body, ripe berry fruit, slightly flinty, but kept in balance by the powerful fruit, a truly monstrous extract, with ethereal Cabernet flavours on the finish.
