Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Medium bright golden yellow, silver reflections. On the nose hints of flint, nice spice note of fresh coriander, delicate yellow stone fruit, dark minerality, hints of golden delicious apple and mace, very distinctive aromatics. On the palate full-bodied, creamy texture, fine white fruit, delicate hazelnut flavour, lively structure, fine tannins, lingers for a long time, a touch of rancio on the finish, this can compete with the best Meursault.
