Tasting from 09.02.2018: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle watery rim. Delicate tobacco and herbal spice, underpinned nuances of figs and dark berry fruit, candied orange zest and some nougat. Complex, fine fruit expression that is well countered by a lively acidity, making the wine taste only slightly sweet. Powerful tannins, some honey on the finish, a versatile food wine, ripe sweet cherries on the back palate.
