Tasting from 24.03.2017: Sautter, Ulrich

Typical sangiovese colour with first signs of ripeness at the edge. Nice mineral spiciness on the nose. On the palate, despite the nominally high alcohol content (15%), well-nigh delicate, round and flowing, restrained, soft tannins, penetratingly mineral with a complex spicy finish. It is perfectly ready to drink now in a mineral, high quality style.
