From the Degerlocher Scharrenberg. Some wood (fermented and aged in used barrique), mango, red gooseberry, structurally pronounced on the palate, pithy acidity, lots of juice, mineral definition, almost salivating in its stout nature, lean in alcohol, very intense minerality.
