Tasting from 01.01.2018: Peter Moser

Light amber, golden reflections. Delicately nutty-tobacco, hints of dried apricots, hints of kletzen, candied orange zest, fine herbal spice. Juicy, concentrated, fine white pear fruit, pleasant, well-integrated tannins, fine acidity, salty minerality, good length, blood orange on the finish, a taut, dry food wine with good ageing potential.
