Tasting Notes
Pale gold with green reflections. Fine oak, white liquorice, and anise cookies. Substantial palate with ripe acidity that increases on the finish, and a salty mineral background. It combines a certain generosity with tension, and yet is not opulent, but bundled, and it implements the Burgundy model without revealing its provenance. Excellent length with mainly spicy flavours, and potential to last 7-12 years.
