Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

A fragrant wine. Aromas of wild cherry, positive animalistic underpinnings, with some Speculaas pastry notes. Juicy and elegant palate with firm fine-grained tannins and a hint of creaminess in the background. It has finely chiselled fruit, and density without weightiness, and combines a delicate flow with expression and aromatic complexity. Stylish!
