Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, with purple reflections, and a discreet watery edge. It has inviting aromas of berry fruit, of blackberry, blueberry, delicate animal nuances, and notes of candied blueberry, a multi-faceted bouquet. It is complex, chocolaty, powerful, with a good balance and is persistent. A rich food wine, it is is already drinking beautifully.
