Tasting from 19.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog

Bright yellow gold colour. It has a bouquet of yellow peach, Williams pear, delicate brioche notes and some lemon zest. Taut, powerful texture, with the finely structured mousse and acidity combining to create tension. Harmonious and elegant.
