Tasting from 09.10.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Menthol and mint, black currant and blueberry on the nose. Immediately vivid palate fruit, dense yet light-hearted and accessible, with creaminess and fruit providing volume, and a well-integrated acidity and fresh fine tannins giving structure and length. It is a precise wine with full, appealing fruit on the finish.
