Tasting from 12.03.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, bright straw yellow. Appealing and intense nose of tree-ripened apple, some faint honey, orange peel in the background. Very juicy on the palate, shows good tension, lots of juicy fruit, salty and long.
