Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, elegant ruby red. On the nose, dried pear, raspberries, plums and some figs, with a note that's reminiscent of dried rose petals and beeswax. Full-bodied and tightly woven on the palate, it opens up in many deep layers and finishes long on mineral notes.
