Tasting from 27.05.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense straw-yellow in hue. The nose is slightly restrained and initially reductive but gradually notes of ripe apple, honey and hay begin to reveal themselves. The palate is rich and shows racy acidity but also a slight bitter note which unfortunately remains into the finish.
