Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicately smoky and spicy notes of liquorice, some caramel and tobacco, fine nuances of oak. Juicy, ripe red cherry, powerful, vivid, integrated tannins, some nougat on the finish, chalky minerality, violet and sloe in the aftertaste, still needs its time.
