Tasting from 24.11.2017: Peter Moser

Medium yellow with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Fine herbal savouriness, mineral background, notes of ripe yellow apple, a touch of orange zest, nuances of cookie and tobacco hints. Complex, ripe apple nuances, very racy acid structure, lime zest, nutty touch on the finish, salty mineral, very lively style.
