Medium yellow-green, silver reflections; very fine mousse. Delicate biscuit notes, yellow apple and little pineapple over hints of blossom honey; a fruity bouquet. Medium body, white fruit, pleasing acidity, mineral-salty finish. A multi-faceted food wine.
