Light salmon pink, soft pink reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Fine biscuity, smoky minerality, subtle cherry fruit, plums, some nougat. Juicy, red apple, pickled cherries, fine acidity, subtle sweetness, lemony nuances on the finish, a delicate food wine.
