Tasting from 19.11.2021: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser

Light straw yellow. On the nose there are aromas of white summer flowers, citrus and a discreet nuttiness, as well as a certain herbaceousness. On the palate it has a pleasantly slender structure with a fine mousse, apple notes and nice length. There is a certain salinity on the finish.
