Bright, pale golden yellow with silver reflections and a very delicate, fine, bubbly mousse. Opens with smoky, nutty savouriness, hints of orange and bergamot zest, underpinned by white peach, apple and pineapple. It is precise, has a well-matured bouquet with some walnut and almond. Taut, fine ripe yellow fruit nuances, some yellow plum and subtle blossom honey. The acidity is well integrated, it has finesse and elegance, is juicy, with fine fruit expression on the finish. It is mineral, ripe, with a touch of apricot but also white fruit on the back palate. The wine has reached initial drinking age, and has definite further ageing potential. (10/5/2023).
