Medium golden yellow in colour with fine brass reflections and a delicate, persistent mousse. On the nose, a hint of dried herbs, with ripe yellow apple fruit, a hint of kumquat zest and some blossom honey. The palate is complex with well-integrated acidity, a fine touch of honey and yellow tropical fruit notes redolent of mango, with orange zest, and almond cake on the long finish.
