Tasting Notes
Pale yellow, silver reflections, very fine, persistent mousse. Delicately underpinned with cookie and nuts, fine yellow tropical fruit, a hint of lime and orange zest, mineral touch, with air some almond slivers and floral nuances. Taut, tightly woven, white vineyard peach, lively structure, subtle pineapple fruit on the finish, fine, salty touch on the finish, appears very youthful, white apple in the aftertaste, very good length. Certainly further ageing potential, has an almost unbelievable freshness, captivating delicacy and impressive aromatic breadth. Three vintages were used to recreate the "perfect year". Iteration No.23 Magnum matured to perfection for a total of 14 years, around five years longer than the regular bottle.
