Tasting Notes
A nose composed of ripe Amalfi lemon and the scent of ripe, dried corn husk comes with an edge of saltiness and hazelnut. More air brings a sense of cotton candy. Its entry on the palate is precise, bright, luminous even, with a vivid, lemony and fresh, vital vein of that ripe lemon. The body stays slender but shimmers with more of that ripe, serene lemon note, teasing with edges of smokiness, hazelnut emollience and a chalky, subtle texture that promises cooling, profound limestone depth.
