Tasting from 24.11.2017: Peter Moser

Pale green yellow with silver reflections and a very lively mousse. White flowers, flint, a hint of lime, a delicate touch of quince jelly in the background, nuances of salt, iodine and even menthol can be found in the depth, very finely faceted. Complex, vinous, very juicy, a pleasant fruit sweetness plays with the integrated acid structure, fine salty minerality on the finish, elegant and persistent, is at the beginning of a very long career.
