Tasting from 19.07.2018

The dry Riesling of Chanton shows a pure and very typical Riesling nose - notes of peach, apple, tangerine and white flowers are textbook. On the palate it's rather full-bodied with a surprisingly restrained acidity. Very aromatic throughout, with long finish in which a fresh, mineral acidity is noticeable. Valais Riesling with great ageing potential.
